Individual Form 1040 and all applicable schedules

One of the official documents that U.S. taxpayers can use to file their annual income tax return is the IRS 1040 form.  This form is divided into sections where you report your income and deductions to determine the amount of tax you owe or the amount of tax to be refunded to you.  The Form 1040 is the most complex of the three individual tax forms.  However, it offers many tax breaks you cannot receive if you file the simple Form 1040EZ or Form 1040A.

Corporate Form 1120/1120S and all applicable schedules

The Form 1120 or Form 1120S are the two tax forms that Domestic Corporations or LLC’s may need to file to report their income and expenses as well as their assets and liabilities.

Partnership Form 1065 and all applicable schedules

Partnerships file an information return to report their income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, etc. A partnership does not pay tax on its income but “passes through” any profits or losses to its partners. Partners must include partnership items on their tax or information returns.

State Income Tax Returns and all applicable schedules

Like the federal government, states impose additional income taxes on your earnings if you have a sufficient connection to the state. State income tax is imposed at a fixed or graduated rate on taxable income of individuals, corporations, and certain estates and trusts.

Exempt Organization Form 990 and all applicable schedules

Tax-exempt organizations, nonexempt charitable trusts, and section 527 political organizations file this form to provide the IRS with the information required by section 6033.

Estate and Trust Tax Return Form 1041 and all applicable schedules

The fiduciary of a domestic decedent's estate, trust, or bankruptcy estate files Form 1041 to report the income, deductions, gains, losses, etc. of the estate or trust, the income that is either accumulated or held for future distribution or distributed currently to the beneficiaries, any income tax liability of the estate or trust, and employment taxes on wages paid to household employees.

Gift Tax Return Form 709 and all applicable schedules

Form 709 is used to report transfers subject to the federal gift and certain generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxes, and allocation of the lifetime GST exemption to property transferred during the transferor's lifetime.
